Η Domes Resorts και το επιτυχημένο εστιατόριο Barbarossa ταξιδέυουν μαζί στην Αθήνα και αναζητουν Restaurant Manager για το νέο πολυτελές Glamping και Members Club «91 Athens Riviera» στην περιοχή της Βούλας.
Καθήκοντα
Επίβλεψη, κατάρτιση και καθοδήγηση του προσωπικού εστιατορίου.
Παρακολούθηση ροής εργασίας και εξασφάλιση αποτελεσματικής λειτουργίας του εστιατορίου.
Προγραμματισμός ωρών εργασίας και διαχείριση των αναγκών προσωπικού σε συννεονόηση με τον Υπεύθυνο Τμήματος.
Εξασφάλιση της υψηλότερης δυνατής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
Επίλυση προβλημάτων και αντιμετώπιση παρατηρήσεων πελατών με επαγγελματισμό
Παρακολούθηση επιπέδων αποθεμάτων και τοποθέτηση παραγγελιών.
Συνεργασία με προμηθευτές για την εξασφάλιση ποιοτικών προϊόντων.
**Τήρηση Υγειονομικών και Ασφαλειακών Προτύπων**:
Παρακολούθηση της τήρησης όλων των υγειονομικών και ασφαλειακών προτύπων.
Εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού για τη συμμόρφωση με τους κανονισμούς.
**Requirements**:
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Απόφοιτος τουριστικής σχολής
Καλή γνώση των υγειονομικών και ασφαλειακών προτύπων.
Απαραίτητη η πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής και προαιρετικά μιας δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας
Ανάλογη προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε ξενοδοχεία πολυτελείας ή σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε υπηρεσίες εστίασης
Ευγένεια, ευχάριστη και φιλική προσωπικότητα
Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και συνεργασίας
Προσεγμένη εμφάνιση, καθαριότητα
Προσανατολισμένος-η στην εξυπηρέτηση και την ικανοποίηση του πελάτη
WSET πιστοποίηση (θα θεωρηθεί προσόν)
