Your Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you put your personal stamp on each restaurant, acting as the face of our business. Your role is to warmly and gracefully welcome guests, offering menu guidance and handling reservations seamlessly. You're responsible for organizing seating, coordinating flawless service, and overseeing restaurant team. You collaborate closely with the Chef and Sommelier to craft the menu, recruit new talent, and train existing team members. Handling complaints with finesse and addressing customer questions are key to ensuring the best experience. Your close partnership with the kitchen and management teams ensures everything runs smoothly, aiming always for exceptional hospitality.

This position involves a FULL-TIME contract.

Professional Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree/Certification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
  • Accomplished professional with 5 years of Experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent command of English and Greek (additional foreign language skills preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and POS/PDA operations
  • Thorough knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene regulations (HACCP)
  • Well-Organized and constantly alert Mentality
  • Multitasking and strong Memorization skills.
