    - Άριστη γνώση λειτουργίας των á la carte επισιτιστικών τμημάτων
    - Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ, POS
    - Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών, ενώ δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν
    - Γνώση εφαρμογής και παρακολούθησης διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
    - Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση και συμπεριφορά
