Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Athens. Assistant Server will support the waitstaff in delivering excellent customer service by helping to serve food and beverages, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and attending to customer needs. The assistant server will also assist with setting up tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in Greek and English languages
• A passion for high-quality food and a commitment to excellent service
