We're looking for a dynamic leader to take charge of our very first Burger King restaurant in Greece.

Now hiring: Restaurant General Manager

As Restaurant General Manager,
you will Lead the day-to-day operation of a Burger King restaurant to achieve sales, profitability, guest satisfaction and operational standards, while developing and leading the team

Key responsibilities

  • Sales & operations:
    Plan shifts, monitor KPIs and cash management, ensure targets are met across dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
  • People leadership:
    Recruit and on board, motivate and coach staff, manage on-/off-boarding and attendance/incidents, ensure fair, inclusive workplace practices.
  • Guest experience:
    Resolve complaints, uphold service standards, maintain a friendly, fast, clean environment.
  • Quality, Food Safety:
    Enforce hygiene/temperature/expiry controls.
  • Inventory & cost control:
    Manage stock, place orders, track waste and basic P&L drivers.
  • Marketing execution:
    Ensure current promotional materials are in place and brand standards followed.
  • Facilities:
    Keep the restaurant and equipment in good condition and ensure cleanliness.

Required qualifications & skills

  • Proven management experience
    (2+ years) in a similar role as a supervisor/shift lead/manager in QSR or traditional hospitality.
  • Fluency in Greek and English
    (spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    is essential.
  • Strong
    leadership and people management skills
    — ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
  • Solid
    financial and business acumen
    with experience in managing budgets and achieving performance targets.
  • Excellent
    organizational skills
    with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong
    customer focus
    and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
