**Καθήκοντα**:
- Ο καθημερινός συντονισμός και υποστήριξη του εστιατορίου
- Η διασφάλιση ποιοτικής παροχής υπηρεσιών και ικανοποίησης του πελάτη και η άμεση εξεύρεση λύσεων
- Η ακριβής και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των παραπόνων των πελατών
- Η οργάνωση και εποπτεία προγράμματος εργασίας του προσωπικού
- Να αξιολογεί και να αναθέτει αρμοδιότητες στους υφισταμένους του σύμφωνα με τις ικανότητες και τις δεξιότητές τους
- Η αξιολόγηση της απόδοσης του προσωπικού για τη βελτίωση της παραγωγικότητάς του
- Να ακολουθεί την πολιτική και τις ποιοτικές προδιαγραφές της εταιρίας
**Requirements**:
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
- Απόφοιτος τουριστικής σχολής Ελλάδος ή εξωτερικού
- Ελάχιστη προϋπηρεσία 2 χρόνων σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ, POS και OPERA
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών, ενώ δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα (γαλλικά/ γερμανικά) θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν
- Γνώση εφαρμογής και παρακολούθησης διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
- Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση και συμπεριφορά
- Ικανότητες οργάνωσης και διοίκησης προσωπικού εστιατορίων
- Ομαδικότητα και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πελατών
- Ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα
