**Περιγραφή καθηκόντων**:
Τα στελέχη του 2nd Level Support θα αναλαμβάνουν την επεξεργασία αιτημάτων που δεν ήταν δυνατόν να επιλυθούν από το πρώτο επίπεδο υποστήριξης. Απαιτείται πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών Microsoft Office 365.
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων ή δρομολόγηση τους στους τεχνικούς πεδίου
- Δρομολόγηση προβλημάτων όποτε απαιτείται σε εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες, οι οποίοι αναλαμβάνουν την υποστήριξη σε 3ο επίπεδο
- Αποτύπωση της λύσης στη βάση δεδομένων
- Επαναδρομολόγηση του επιλυθέντος αιτήματος στο helpDesk
- Διαθεσιμότητα για εργασία σε βάρδιες
**Απαραίτητα χαρακτηριστικά**:
- Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών Microsoft Office 365
- Πτυχίο ΑΤΕΙ πληροφορικής ή ΑΤΕΙ Ηλεκτρονικών μηχανικών ή συναφών σχολών
- Αντίστοιχη προϋπηρεσία, τουλάχιστον τριών ετών
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες / εστίαση στις ανάγκες του χρήστη και άμεση ανταπόκριση στα αιτήματα του
- Ικανότητα αναγνώρισης και αντιμετώπισης κρίσιμων θεμάτων
- Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας

- Πιστοποίηση σε περιβάλλον Azure (Microsoft 365 Certified)
**Ή**
- Πιστοποίηση σε ITL3 μεθοδολογία
