1st Level Support Agent

Η DNHOST αναζητά υποψήφιο για τη θέση τεχνικό υποστήριξης πρώτου επιπέδου για onsite εργασία στα γραφεία μας στην Αθήνα.

Ο ρόλος αφορά την υποστήριξη των πελατών μας σε υπηρεσίες όπως:

Web Hosting

  • DNS διαχείριση και troubleshooting.
  • Email υπηρεσίες (IMAP/SMTP/Webmail).
  • Έκδοση και εγκατάσταση SSL πιστοποιητικών.

  • Καθήκοντα:

  • Υποστήριξη πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου, email και ticketing system.
  • Διάγνωση και επίλυση τεχνικών θεμάτων πρώτου επιπέδου.
  • Έκδοση και εγκατάσταση SSL πιστοποιητικών σε hosting περιβάλλοντα.
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα για escalations και τεκμηρίωση λύσεων.
  • Ενημέρωση της βάσης γνώσεων με συχνές λύσεις και οδηγίες.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ.
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας με πελάτες και κατανόηση των αναγκών τους.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και προσανατολισμός στην επίλυση προβλημάτων.
  • Άριστη ορθογραφία στα ελληνικά.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε θέση τεχνικής υποστήριξης
  • Εμπειρία με ticketing συστήματα (π.χ. Zendesk, Freshdesk).
