The Role in a Nutshell

Technical Support
to support and enhance our banking digital products.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Investigating and managing identified issues using technical tools
  • Providing 1st level support for banking digital products
  • Collaborating with implementation tech teams to resolve problems
  • Continuously improving support and troubleshooting processes

Your Key Strengths

  • Basic knowledge of Back-End programming (e.g., C#, APIs)
  • Hands-on experience with testing & troubleshooting tools (e.g., Postman)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
