We are looking for a skilled Technical Field Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our field operations, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing expert technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Performing equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs for desktops, laptops, RPOS, and printers
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for HP servers and data center equipment
  • Daily interaction with clients at their locations within a designated region

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in replacing hardware components (motherboards, hard drives, etc)
  • Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ preferred
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation with other team members, including working after hours and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
  • Valid driver's license and excellent English language skills
