We're looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist to guide customers through onboarding, assist with technical integration, provide ongoing support, and drive automation initiatives. This role serves as a key technical liaison between Paymentology and its customers, ensuring effective communication, smooth onboarding, and the delivery of exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.

What you get to do:
  • Lead customer setup and onboarding, including key and certificate exchange, configuration, and parameter gathering for both test and production environments
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of customers onto Paymentology systems, adhering to security protocols and compliance requirements
  • Identify opportunities for automation to streamline customer setup, integration, and support processes
  • Define requirements for automation tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Offer technical expertise and guidance to address integration challenges and optimise system performance
  • Conduct system configuration, customisation, and integration activities as needed
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions to ensure system functionality and performance
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, facilitating clear and effective communication between Paymentology and its clients
  • Assist customers in generating, transmitting, and deploying cryptographic keys in accordance with industry standards and best practices
  • Manage key/certificate exchanges with customers, payment networks, and other involved parties, ensuring secure and compliant key management practices
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and implementation plans
  • Train new team members on customer onboarding procedures, technical support protocols, and best practices
Requirements

What it takes to succeed:

  • Knowledge of database management systems
  • Knowledge of IT security principles, practices, and protocols
  • Knowledge of AWS services
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems
  • Knowledge of key technologies and platforms relevant to digital payments, such as cloud computing, SaaS, networking protocols, and security principles
  • Understanding of key management and certificate management practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical project management
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
