Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Field Technical Engineer, you will:
- Design and implement system solutions, upgrades, and migrations
- Lead new infrastructure projects from design to deployment
- Provide on-site and remote technical support as required
- Deliver proactive maintenance and performance optimization
- Support presales activities and solution design for clients
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or at least 5 years of relevant field experience
- Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and hardening
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Active Directory administration and Windows deployment (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Solid experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and/or VMware experience in clustered environments is required
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 (tenant creation, migrations, and management)
- Strong knowledge of Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting servers and storage systems
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals
- Hardware troubleshooting skills for servers and related equipment
