IKH is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2025 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in the Innovation Department. As a Senior AI Engineer you will be responsible for driving innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading technical initiatives in the robotics domain that impact our company's strategic goals.

Resposnibilities

  • Oversee AI-based initiatives from conception to execution. Improve and optimize AI systems for dependability, scalability, and performance.
  • Design and implement deep learning (LLM, Computer Vision) pipelines.
  • Keep up on the most recent developments in AI technology and research in robotics domain and beyond.
  • Work together with teams with diverse backgrounds (mechanical engineers, robotics engineers , electronics etc).
  • Provide technical leadership & strategic R&D roadmapin AI/ML and mentor younger engineers.
  • Technical Management of EU funded and other R&D projects.
  • Translating user needs into technical AI/ML solutions and drafting relevant technical reports/deliverables
  • Verify adherence to ethical AI norms and data privacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
  • 1+ year of experience in team management
  • Experience with AI domains (computer vision, NLP, LLMs)
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++.
  • Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
  • Deployment on edge devices (eg. NVDIA Jetson)
  • Experience in model deployment technologies (TensorRT, ONNX)
  • Experience with Docker , Git
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication with other members of the team
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Experience in ROS, ROS2 (nice to have)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). (nice to have)
