Τι θα κάνεις

AI Development

  • Σχεδιασμός & ανάπτυξη AI agents για πραγματικές επιχειρησιακές ροές.
  • Υλοποίηση RAG pipelines (embeddings, retrieval, vector DBs, evaluation).
  • Χρήση OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, LlamaIndex και άλλων LLM frameworks.

Backend Engineering

  • Ανάπτυξη backend υποδομών σε Python για AI workflows & orchestrations.
  • Ενοποίηση εξωτερικών συστημάτων μέσω REST/GraphQL APIs (CRM/ERP/Custom platforms).
  • Δημιουργία πλήρων αυτοματισμών end-to-end σε επιχειρησιακά περιβάλλοντα.

Τι ψάχνουμε

Απαραίτητες δεξιότητες

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Python.
  • Εμπειρία με AI/LLM libraries (OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Κατανόηση RAG architectures, embeddings & vector databases.
  • Backend εμπειρία: REST, GraphQL, async workflows, integrations.
  • Γνώση SQL (ιδανικά PostgreSQL).
  • Ικανότητα μετάφρασης business requirements σε τεχνικές λύσεις.

Επιθυμητά (bonus)

  • Vector DBs (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, pgvector).
  • Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, cloud environments.
  • LLM Ops: prompt evaluation, observability, logging.
  • Βασική κατανόηση UI/UX για λειτουργικά interfaces.
  • Γνώσεις security, data privacy & GDPR.
