is looking for a Frontend SoftwareEngineer with proven experience in working in fast-paced environments, multi-tasking and using a large set of technologies.

Superbo
is building a cutting edge, Conversational AI product with focus on providing a true omni experience across both voice and text channels.

This is a work-from-home (WFH) position.

The position requires individuals who are fanatic about customer experience, enjoy challenges, prioritise, meet deadlines, have a collaborative work ethic and teamwork spirit working closely with our teams around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable web applications using React and JavaScript frameworks, with any expertise in backend frameworks such as NodeJS, NextJS, Python, or Java considered a plus.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into efficient web solutions.
  • Make architectural decisions for end-to-end solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Integrate applications with web services (REST, gRPC, websockets), authentication providers and databases.
  • Independently create Proof-of-Concepts leveraging emerging AI backends like LangChain and LLMs.
  • Containerize applications and oversee deployment processes, adhering to DevOps best practices.

Skills:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced React concepts, including state management (Redux, MobX), component lifecycle, hooks, and context API.
  • Proficient experience with backend frameworks such as NodeJS, NextJS, Python, or Java will be seriously considered.
  • Fluency in working with Figma, XD, or other well-established prototyping tools. AI tools like MagicPath or Visily will also be positively considered.
  • Ability to mock a concept and build working prototypes.
  • Solid understanding of web development principles, encompassing responsiveness, DOM manipulation, CSS, and security.
  • Knowledge of Git and experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
