We're looking for a Medior/Senior Front-End Engineer who combines strong technical background with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. You'll play a key role in shaping our products' look, feel, and performance across the Glims ecosystem.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Building elegant, scalable, and high-performance web interfaces using , React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS Implementing responsive, accessible (WCAG-compliant) and pixel-perfect UIs for our AI-powered audit platform
  • Integrating with RESTful APIs and ensuring smooth data handling and state management via Redux
  • Writing robust, maintainable, and testable code using frameworks like React Testing Library (RTL) and Vitest
  • Collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to turn complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
  • Optimizing performance across devices, leveraging web workers, and fine-tuning load times and rendering speed

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development
  • Strong proficiency in React, , JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
  • Deep understanding of Redux, RESTful API integration, and Git workflows
  • Experience with TailwindCSS or other modern styling frameworks
  • Knowledge of form management libraries, UI component libraries, and testing frameworks (RTL, Vitest)
  • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and web workers
  • Collaborative mindset—you enjoy solving hard problems with great people
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, automation, or data-intensive products
