- Ένταξη νέας υπηρεσίας - αρχιτεκτονικός σχεδιασμός και κατάρτιση εγγράφου τεχνικού σχεδιασμού (blueprint) και διεπαφών με άλλα συστήματα interfaces.
- Ανάπτυξη και συντήρηση των υπηρεσιών εντός του χρονοπρογράμματος των εργασιών, που καθορίζεται από την εταιρία ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες και τις απαιτήσεις της εταιρείας και των πελατών. Διαχείριση των αντίστοιχων έργων ως project manager.
- Διασφάλιση της αναπτύξεως και λειτουργίας των υπηρεσιών με συμμόρφωση στους εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς κανόνες ασφάλειας και ποιότητας
- Σχεδιασμός και παρακολούθηση της διαμορφώσεως της υπηρεσίας ευθύνης τους (configuration management), περιοδικός έλεγχος της ακρίβειας της διαμορφώσεως και της ενημερώσεως μέσω μηχανισμών automated discovery.
- Παρακολούθηση της διαθεσιμότητας των υπηρεσιών.
- Κατάρτιση προγράμματος εκδόσεων υπηρεσιών (releases) και παρακολούθηση της εκτελέσεως
- Αξιολόγηση της επιτυχούς αντιμετωπίσεως των περιστατικών και της επίτευξης των στόχων εξυπηρετήσεως (SLAs) της εταιρίας και των εμπλεκόμενων προμηθευτών
- Αξιολόγηση και έγκριση αλλαγών των υποδομών και του λογισμικού των συστημάτων και των εφαρμογών (Change Management), έγκριση σχεδιασμού, προγραμματισμός υλοποιήσεως και αξιολόγηση της επιτυχίας εντάξεώς τους στην παραγωγή
- Προγραμματισμός και παρακολούθηση της υλοποιήσεως ελέγχων ανακάμψεως (disaster recovery tests) βάσει των αντιστοίχων σχεδίων
**Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και δεξιότητες**
- Πτυχίο τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης στην Πληροφορική/Οικονομικά/Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
- Εμπειρία στο σχεδιασμό και τη λειτουργία σύνθετων πληροφοριακών συστημάτων
- Άριστες ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας με πελάτες και προμηθευτές - ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Εξοικείωση με σύγχρονες τεχνολογίες πληροφορικής και επικοινωνιών
- Ικανότητες Project Management και εξοικείωση με σχετικές μεθοδολογίες/ τεχνικές.
- Εξοικείωση με αρχές Ασφάλειας Πληροφοριών
- Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής
- Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού των εφαρμογών γραφείου Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) καθώς και υπολογιστών σε περιβάλλον Microsoft Windows
- Ευχέρεια λόγου και επικοινωνίας γραπτά και προφορικά
- Αναλυτική σκέψη
- Αίσθημα ευθύνης κατά τη διαχείριση ευαίσθητων πληροφοριών
- Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άντρες)
