Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce an opportunity for Polish-speaking individuals to join the Veterinary Services Department as Customer Service Representatives If you have a passion for animal care and excellent communication skills, this role is the perfect match for you. In this position, you will assist Polish-speaking clients with their inquiries regarding veterinary services, ensuring they receive the information and support they need to care for their beloved pets. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Address inquiries related to veterinary services, appointments, and pet care.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions for follow-up and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure clients receive accurate information.
- Participate in training sessions to keep abreast of the latest veterinary practices and policies.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong passion for customer service and animal welfare.
- Experience in customer service is a plus, especially in veterinary or healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with pet owners and handle sensitive situations professionally.
- A motivated team player who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
