Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is proud to present an exciting opportunity for Nordic speakers to join the Customer Service team in the Veterinary Services Department If you are passionate about animal care and enjoy helping others, this role is ideally suited for you. As a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will support clients in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish, assisting them with their inquiries related to veterinary services. This is a fulfilling role where you can make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners while working in a collaborative and caring environment.
Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding veterinary services.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues effectively and compassionately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's systems.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
- Engage in training sessions to stay informed on veterinary practices and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish). Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- Strong passion for customer service and animal welfare.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Desire to learn about veterinary services and grow in the role.
