Your Responsibilities- Provide customer service in Hebrew to clients seeking veterinary services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service information.
- Maintain a compassionate and helpful demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer details accurately to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to address customer needs effectively.
- Participate in training to expand knowledge of veterinary services and best practices.
Requirements
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is a requirement.
- Passion for animal care and providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Interest in veterinary services and willingness to learn and grow in the field.
