Job Description

  • Preparing and sending proposals to clients (for groups, events, FIT).
  • Follow ups, negotiations, inspections, appointments, sales calls, conversion and contracting.
  • Updating the hotel systems to reflect agreements accurately.
  • Continuous communication with clients to ensure a smooth operation of the converted business and achieve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Issuing of Event Orders and communication with the internal hotel departments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational qualifications in hospitality or business administration
  • Excellent command of English & Greek language (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • Knowledge of Fidelio (Suite 8) will be considered a plus.
  • Previous experience of a minimum of 2 years in a relevant role will be given a priority
