Company Description

Job Description
  • Manage and grow relationships with a specific Public Sector clientele, developing and executing strategies to meet quotas and KPIs for software, solutions, and Professional Services.
  • Lead the entire customer sales process, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, promote new applications, and provide after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and provide regular sales reports to inform business development strategies.
  • Ensure financial targets are met by achieving assigned sales quotas, maintaining profitability, and managing invoice collections.
  • Continuously assess customer business requirements and educate stakeholders on product value propositions and best-in-class offerings.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and sales pipelines, responding promptly to customer and partner queries.
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:
  • BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT business development, preferably in the Public Sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of Public Sector tendering procedures and European Funds (ESPA - RRF) processes will be considered as a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and pipeline management.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and recruit new ones.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry.
  • Experience with Public Sector customers in Greece will be considered a plus.
