We are looking for an Sales
Executive
who brings:
-Strong sales expertise
-Solid tourism management experience
-Sharp marketing skills
-And most importantly: a genuine love for sports and travel
This roles provides the opportunity to grow professionally, through a field that blends the excitement of sports with the impact of tourism worldwide.
Scope
Manage and represent the respective duties across all aspects of the business to ensure market growth and increasing direct contribution (absolute margin) from these services. Visibly showcase and share passion for sports and the respective services the firm offers. Deliver the OLI message to the consumer through social media, physical presentations, creating engaging contents and experiences which drive conversation both one to one and at scale, and connecting them to the OLI experience and wider digital world.
Responsibilities
• Lead the achievement of Net Sales, margins and market share for the company.
• Support development of effective allocation and investment of the Marketing Budget, focusing on ROI
• Drive profitability, efficiency, through support and activation of assigned projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with concentration on sports management OR international business
- At least 5+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies
- Ideal if the candidate has his/her own professional network of prospects to leverage
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Functional: In-depth exposure and research in the sports tourism industry and/or the broader consumer products sector.
- Successful track record in sales and marketing
- Ideally experience in working in an international context and interacting with foreign organizations and teams
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Sales skills, manage to understand and capture the market needs and deliver clients that will engage into business with OLI Sports Tourism
Executional Duties
• Manage the execution of sales and the seasonal process in respect with the priorities set by the CEO
• Review business progress against defined and aligned category KPIs and initiate additional action steps, when required
• Market research
• Manage Logistics
• Follow Procurement policies
• Travel with Sports groups as an OLI representative, to ensure all travel needs of the client are met.
