We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead business development and client engagement in a specialized, high-performance coatings environment.

Scope of role
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding market presence and achieving sales growth targets within the marine sector, focusing on shipowners, ship managers, shipyards, and marine contractors.
The role combines strategic business development, technical product knowledge, and relationship management to deliver tailored solutions that meet industry demands.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and target new marine clients - shipowners/ship managers as well as shipyards and marine contractors.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan specific to the marine sector to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing marine clients, providing tailored solutions to their coating needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering technical expertise and recommendations to address challenges in marine environments.
Market Analysis
- Monitor trends and developments in the marine industry, including regulatory changes and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement sector-specific campaigns and promotions.
Technical Knowledge
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the marine product line.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting benefits such as corrosion resistance, efficiency, and compliance with marine standards.
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using the company's CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 4-5 years of proven track record in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the marine or coatings industry, chemicals, lubricants, spare parts, engines, ropes or marine engineering products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies, Engineering or a related field.
- A technical background in marine coatings or maritime engineering is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the marine industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Greek and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage and develop a portfolio of marine clients.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
