Job Scope
The Sales Executive is accountable for generating sales through maintaining strong relationships with customers and developing new opportunities and partnerships. S/He achieves predefined sales targets, negotiates prices and manages quality and consistency of product and service delivery

Support the Regional Sales Director in setting the sales targets and preparing periodic forecasts according - ly.Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers through continuous visits, updates and other initiativ
- es.Study the market for potential clients, approach and build new partnerships leading to sales growth and new opportuniti
- es.Visit customers to review product/service needs, update orders and follow up on deliverables and other pending issues according
- ly.Negotiate and finalize prices and terms of payments with customers within approved brackets and report on action taken and closed dea
- ls.Update customers regularly on any product/service changes, new introductions and modificatio
- ns.Maintain and update customers' accounts and database on a regular bas
- is.Grant payment facilities and set the credit limit profile for each customer with respect to payments and order history in coordination with the Direct Manag
- er.Deal with customers' complaints taking appropriate decisions and report consequent actions to concern
