We are currently seeking out a Sales Executive Outbound to join our team.
As a Sales Executive Outbound, you'll be responsible for developing business through proactive outbound direct sales, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and tours of the hotel, while also identifying areas of opportunity and recommending tools to optimize the performance of the sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Understands the hotels business strategies sets goals and determines action plans to meet those goals
- Identifies new markets and business opportunities to increase sales
- Targets key accounts potential for the company
- Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan
- Prepares and delivers reviews and reports for internal audiences, as well as promotional presentations for public use
- Provides accurate and timely information to guests, regarding the hotel's venues and services and develops professional long term business relationships.
- Executes the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. generating proposal, Corporate Rate Application letter, writing contract, customer correspondence).
- Promotes by conducting sales calls and arranging site inspections to help prospective guests familiarize with services and facilities
- Always provides the highest quality of service to the customer
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Having direct contact with guests, gathers feedback and handles complaints, on behalf of the hotel
- Negotiates special accommodation rates with companies and travel agencies, in addition to handling group requests
- Cooperates with all departments, outlining and coordinating necessary arrangements
- Develops strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals
Ideal candidates should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of proven track record in the hospitality sector
- Advanced computer skills
- Utilization of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Extranet clients
- Proficiency in two foreign languages in addition to the Greek language
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly changing landscape.
