As a Senior Sales Manager in Athens, at Intrum B2B, you will drive strategic growth across Intrum's full suite of B2B solutions. In this dynamic, client-facing role, you will lead complex, high-value sales opportunities and engage directly with C-level executives across industries such as banking, telecom, utilities, insurance, and the public sector. By building trusted relationships and crafting tailored value propositions, you will position Intrum as a strategic partner, enabling clients to achieve measurable business outcomes.

What will you do:

  • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise-level clients across key industries, focusing on complex, high-value opportunities
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing—across Intrum's portfolio of solutions
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives (CFOs, CROs, COOs, etc.), positioning Intrum as a long-term partner
  • Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for each sector, aligning with client needs and regulatory frameworks
  • Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations that clearly communicate ROI and strategic impact
  • Collaborate with account directors to expand existing key accounts, driving retention and long-term growth
  • Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline, ensuring predictable revenue delivery and consistent performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, implementation) to align on client needs and ensure seamless delivery
  • Represent Intrum at industry events, conferences, and client workshops, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader

What we're looking for:

  • Extensive experience in B2B enterprise sales with a strong track record in managing complex, long-cycle opportunities.
  • Background in Banking, Telecom, Utilities, Financial Services, or Public Sector sales.
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
  • Fluent in English and the local language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
