Key Responsibilities:

  • Enrich 20 prospects a day
  • Dial people a day (double dial)
  • Update Pipedrive CRM daily
  • Consistently book 1-3 qualified appointments daily
  • Actively participate in daily sales training and coaching sessions
  • Maintain a teachable and coachable mindset for continuous growth

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven success in tech/software sales (startup experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience as an SDR/BDR with proven ability to book 2+ meetings daily
  • Exceptional English communication skills (perfect conversational English)
  • Mastery of cold-calling techniques and objection handling

Interview Process & Timeline

  • Stage 1: Prescreening call with Recruiter
  • Stage 2: Interview with Recruiter and COO
  • Stage 3: Offer Letter

Schedule & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST  | Full-time, 40+ hours per week

Salary Range: $1,500 USD per month base + commission (OTE)

Location: Remote - Macedonia

Requirements: Own Laptop & Noise Cancelling Headset
