Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth, cultivate strong travel trade partnerships, and position our hotels as top choices in the luxury hospitality market. If you are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a sales-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Wholesalers, and DMCs to ensure business growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for travel partners, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts within relevant source markets while identifying new opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to tailor sales campaigns, identify trends, and maximize booking opportunities.
  • Represent the brand by attending sales calls, roadshows, trade fairs, and B2B/B2C events in key markets.
  • Organize and oversee familiarization trips (FAM trips) in collaboration with Sales Representatives to showcase our hotel portfolio.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to refine pricing and revenue strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Reservations Team and Sales Representatives to resolve sales-related matters effectively.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in luxury resort sales.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, PMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
