We are seeking a talented
Sales Development Representative
to join our team

The ideal candidate should be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about connecting with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting our Key Accounts team through lead generation and outreach. If you're a strong communicator with a knack for understanding market trends and client needs, we'd love to hear from you

Your Main Missions:

  • Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings for the Key Accounts team
  • Manage and distribute incoming leads
  • Execute LinkedIn activities (e.g. article sharing, content engagement)
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
  • Maintain a high level of engagement with prospects and proactively identify their needs and challenges
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services, including market strategies and pricing models
  • Present products and services to potential clients and introduce new offerings to existing customers
  • Researching new markets

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or Social Sciences
  • Minimum 6 months of proven experience in a telephone-based role (e.g., call center, telesales, or similar)
  • Fluency in Greek (written & spoken) and good knowledge of English
  • Any knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset
  • Good understanding of market and business trends
  • Advanced user of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
