 is looking for a 
Inside Sales Representative,
 based in Athens, for full-time employment.

The 
Inside Sales Representative
 is responsible for finding new clients and affiliates, retaining the current portfolio and developing innovative solutions for bettering sales and services. The job plays a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing Q-Pass brand. The Inside Sales Representative sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound phone/e-mail contacting.

What you'll do:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities through proactive client engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies, share client feedback, and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Actively promote Q-Pass solutions to prospective clients and convert inquiries into long-term partnerships.
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from initiation of the original call until the action requires follow-up.
  • Identify business opportunities and negotiate with the clients.
  • File documents, updates, and client information.
  • Respond effectively to client questions.
  • Develop and grow current accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:

Education

  • BA/BS degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

Experience

  • 1+ years' experience in a sales role, selling, and servicing clients.

Essential Skills

  • Knowledge of Hospitality market
  • An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping clients.
  • Ability to communicate to both prospects and clients.
  • Ability to meet sales goals.
  • Ability to close sales.
  • Ability to negotiate and engage clients.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Data entry skills / Excel knowledge is preferred.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
