We are looking for a full-time Executive Personal Assistant to support an entrepreneur across a wide range of
business, personal, family, property-related, and professional matters
. Responsibilities will span from simple daily errands and practical tasks to more complex administrative, financial, and organizational duties. The role requires
continuous online collaboration and strong use of digital tools

This is a position of trust, requiring strong organisational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Organization & Personal Support
– Management of personal and family calendars
– Organization of travel, bookings, and social activities
– Handling of practical matters and personal errands
– Communication with suppliers, technicians, and contractors for residences, properties, and means of transportation
Administrative & Legal Coordination
– Monitoring and supporting matters related to companies, shares, properties, agreements, and leases
– Liaising and coordinating with lawyers, notaries, engineers, tax offices, land registries, and other public authorities
– Organizing and updating files related to corporate structures, shares, and assets
– Managing insurance matters and contracts, including renewals and obligations
– Supporting real estate transactions and overseeing related procedures
– Coordinating issues of corporate governance and corporate organization in collaboration with external advisors
Financial & Operational Support
– Monitoring and payment of bills (personal & corporate)
– Recording and updating expense files
– Managing e-banking and online platforms
– Monitoring leases and registrations in myProperty
– Collecting documentation for tax declarations
File Management & Digital Administration
– Maintaining physical and digital archives
– Submitting applications and authorizations via , taxisnet, myAADE
– Organizing tasks and projects with timelines & to-do lists
External Relations & Coordination
– Communication with banks, accountants, lawyers, and other partners
– Coordinating third parties involved in complex projects

Candidate Profile
–
Law degree or related background/knowledge will be considered a significant advantage
– Discretion, reliability, organizational skills, and flexibility
– Ability for immediate and continuous collaboration through digital tools and online platforms
– Excellent command of English and Greek in written communication
– Willingness to take on tasks ranging from simple daily errands to more complex responsibilities
