About the internship program

Olympia Group is experiencing a period of strong growth, and as such we are seeking top-performing undergraduate to MBA students to join our dynamic Corporate Finance team for a 3–6-month internship. In this role, you will actively join our team of professionals and assist in sourcing, analyzing potential investment opportunities, setting up financial models, project managing deal execution and monitoring portfolio performance. This role offers significant exposure to experienced investment professionals and the executive team of Olympia Group. It is a unique opportunity to engage with a leading group strategically positioned in key markets and industries.

Core Responsibilities:


• Conduct research on global trends, sectoral themes, and competition dynamics

• Assist in the financial analysis & evaluation of new investment opportunities

• Support on the execution of transactions, including participation in due diligence sessions (financial, commercial &
operational)

• Participate in value creation projects and monitor KPIs of our portfolio companies' performance

• Support filtering companies in the deal flow pipeline

• Collaborate with and communicate with portfolio companies on strategic projects

• Aid in the preparation of investment Memos

• Support project managers and portfolio companies operating partners on their daily activities

Requirements:


• Strong academic background in the financial, engineering, computer science sectors. Master's degree or currently pursuing an MBA at a top tier university is considered a plus.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling

• Good project management capabilities.

• Strong work ethic, interpersonal and communication skills

• Curiosity to learn, proactive attitude, and genuine interest in PE / investments

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Fluency in Greek and English

• Prior relevant internship or working experience (Private Equity, Consulting, M&A, Investment Banking, Strategy, etc.) is not mandatory but would be considered a plus
