 We are a well-established and dynamic Shipbroking house offering a wide spectrum of services to shipowners such as Sale & Purchase, Newbuildings and Finance.

Job Description:
 We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sale & Purchase team as a Junior S&P Broker. This role offers hands-on exposure to international shipbroking and an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update the internal database daily with sales candidates, purchase enquiries, and available newbuilding slots.
  • Support efforts to maintain and actively expand the company's clientele.
  • Assist in conducting market reports and gathering key insights from industry news, databases, and vessel movements
  • Prepare break-even calculations, cash-flows projections and IRR calculations of potential projects.
  • Draft, update, and send email circulars.

Qualifications:

  • A strong interest in the shipping industry and shipbroking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
  • High attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • A degree in Maritime Studies, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous internship or exposure to the shipping industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
