Contract Rebates Manager

We are seeking a Contract Rebates Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. As a key member of our team, you will provide analysis and reporting to management, supporting informed business decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial agreements and contracts to ensure accurate and on-time execution.
  • Coordinate discussions for review and analysis of commercial agreements and contracts benefits.
  • Create, negotiate, eSign, track, and manage contracts in platform.
  • Ensure accurate and on-time book of contract conditions in system.
  • Report progress and analysis of contract management status to commercial department and CFO.
  • Manage ad-hoc commercial or marketing agreements, eSign, and track.
  • Register contracts in tax system.
  • Create new suppliers' records in ERP.
  • Manage and follow up insurance claims, report, and follow up compensation pay out.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, legal, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of previous related experience.
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong understanding of agreements or contracts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • SAP and SAP BW familiarity is considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
