Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly-motivated International Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team, responsible for expanding, supporting, and strengthening our International Sales.
As a key member of the team, you will be the primary point of contact for our multinational Key Accounts across world and contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing and expanding international key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Strengthening and expanding existing partnerships through proactive account management and tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage account budgets
- Provide regular reports on account performance
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Support product launches and promotional activities
- Attend industry events and conferences
Essential Qualifications:
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused with strong diplomatic and assertiveness skills.
- Degree Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language (both oral & written)
- Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated product knowledge and dedication to operational excellence.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare systems
- Ability to travel across word as needed
