About the role
:  We are seeking for the Head of Internal Audit who will be responsible for  the internal audit function and ensure the Company's financial and operational integrity through independent and objective evaluations. This role includes audit planning, execution, and reporting, and advising senior management and the board on internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk-based internal audit plan in line with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct internal audits across operational and financial processes
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
  • Identify control gaps and propose practical risk-based solutions.
  • Prepare and present clear audit reports and follow-up plans to senior management and the board.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications; CIA, CPA, or ACCA or similar certifications, completed or in progress
  • 3  years previous experience on Internal Audit within the financial sector, would be a plus
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (Greek and English)
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
