The
Centre for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE)
— a global leader in ESG and sustainability consulting and training — is looking for a
Business Development Associate
to join our international team.


About the Role

As a freelance associate (approximately 8-10 hours per week), you will play a key role in expanding CSE's consulting client base across
Europe, Canada.
Your primary focus will be
new account acquisition
, promoting CSE's consulting services and create opportunities for new synergies.


Key Responsibilities

·      Identify and connect with potential clients and partners in target regions

·      Initiate and manage outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and emails

·      Present CSE's consulting portfolio effectively to potential clients

·      Collaborate with our internal team to align business development goals.


Requirements

·      Minimum
3-4  years of experience in business development and new account acquisition in B2B
, ideally within Europe & Canada

·      Strong communication and presentation skills

·      Basic understanding of
sustainability or ESG concepts and consulting services / trainings

·      Self-motivated and results-oriented, comfortable working independently.
