Join Our Team as an Assistant Accountant

For our location in Kifisia, we currently seek an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our company and be part of both Warehouse and Accounting teams, in a role that includes the following responsibilities:

Your Day-to-Day

  • Issue sales invoices based on customer orders.
  • Handle and register supplier invoices in the ERP system.
  • Create product ID codes.
  • Process internal production orders and related accounting entries.
  • Support the Finance Team in ensuring compliance of inventory transactions with fiscal law and company policies.
  • Collaborate with management to monitor warehouse and production accounting transactions.
  • Perform journal entries.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records.
  • Monitor and review daily inventory transactions, promptly identifying irregularities.
  • Follow up on orders and related accounting transactions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or inventory accounting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Soft one experience preferred) and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.
