Personal & Business Assistant to Entrepreneur

We are looking for a full-time Personal & Business Assistant to support an entrepreneur across a wide range of business, family, property, and personal matters.
This is a hands-on and proactive role: from managing daily errands and practical tasks to taking ownership of larger projects that need research, organization, and follow-through.
This is a position of trust, requiring reliability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism. The assistant will be expected to
take ownership of tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision
, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and on time. Strong use of
digital tools,
continuous
online collaboration
, and the ability to
move things forward independently
are essential.
Importantly, this is
not a desk-only role
. The assistant will need to be flexible to step out when needed to handle matters directly.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage personal and family calendars
– Organize travel, bookings, and social activities
– Handle practical day-to-day matters and errands
– Communicate with suppliers, technicians, and contractors for residences, properties, and vehicles
– Manage projects (e.g. property or asset transactions) from start to finish.
– Liaise with lawyers, notaries, engineers, tax offices, land registries, and other public authorities
– Maintain and update files related to corporate structures, assets, and contracts
– Track and pay bills, maintain expense records, manage e-banking
– Submit applications and authorizations via , taxisnet, myAADE
– Organize tasks and projects with timelines & to-do lists
– Communicate with banks, accountants, lawyers, and other professionals
What we are looking for:
– Strong organizational skills, initiative, discretion, and flexibility
– Digital fluency (e-banking, , online platforms, Google Drive/document management, ability to use spreadsheets for tracking and organizing data)
– Excellent written communication in Greek and English
– Valid driving license, preferably with own mode of transport
– Ability to adapt between simple errands and complex responsibilities, both in-office and on the move

Location: Kifisia (occasional presence in Piraeus)
