Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kifisiá - Greece, for a Reservations & Hospitality Assistant. The Reservations & Hospitality Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including reservations, managing hospitality services, providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in Hospitality Services or in Τravel Management or Aviation is a plus
• Ability to work professionally and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Greek and English is required; additional languages are a plus
• Proficient computer knowledge & experience in MS Office programs.
• Solid knowledge & experience in reservations software systems (GDS preferably Amadeus).
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field is preferred. (Certificate in Aviation, Yachting, Shipping or similar relevant field can also be accepted).
