Panadvert is seeking a talented and fast-paced
Copywriter / AI Content Specialist
to join our creative team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality copy for a large portfolio of luxury hospitality brands (over 60 social media accounts), working closely with our Account Managers, Data Analysts, and Creative Directors.

You will be expected to handle high-volume copy production using our internal AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise - Gemini for Business etc), which are custom-trained per client. In addition, you'll be contributing to data-driven editorial pieces, destination analysis content, and high-impact paid advertising copy.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit social media copy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Create
    advertising headlines,
    descriptions, and newsletter copy (Meta & Google Ads)
  • Contribute to the creative direction and
    concept development
    of
    brand campaigns
    , including content production ideas,
    storytelling frameworks
    , and brand identity tone & messaging.
  • Transform analytical data and market research into functional, engaging articles (see example:
    Destination Analysis – Rhodes
    )
  • Use Panadvert's ChatGPT enterprise, Grok, Kimi, DeepSeek and Gemini accounts or engineering combination of all for Business with trained prompts per client to streamline content generation
  • Maintain consistency in brand
    tone of voice
    across all channels
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Community Managers & Media Team
  • Follow creative briefs while proactively proposing content ideas and hooks

Required Skills:

  • 2–4 years of copywriting experience
    in marketing, social media, or editorial roles
  • Proven ability to write fast and accurately for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with luxury travel, lifestyle, and hospitality branding
  • Native-level English (or excellent bilingual proficiency)
  • Experience with AI tools (Prompting & Workflow Optimization)
  • Strong command of grammar, syntax, and storytelling structure
  • Organizational mindset with the ability to manage 60+ client content streams
  • Curiosity, ownership, and creativity as a working attitude

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in AI-assisted
    prompt engineering
    for content creation
  • Knowledge of SEO writing or Google Ads/META copy standards
  • Basic understanding of data visualization and insights translation
