White is an independent, full-service advertising agency based in Athens with a global outlook. Our mission is to design meaningful connections between people and brands through creativity, strategy, and integrity.

We are seeking an Art Director with strong conceptual and visual design skills to join our creative team and craft ideas that move both hearts and minds.

Responsibilities:

Turn strategy into clear visual language for integrated campaigns.

Co create concepts with copywriters and strategists.

Build design systems and layouts that scale across channels.

Guide junior designers with precise feedback.

Safeguard craft, consistency, and detail in all deliverables.

Requirements:

years as an Art Director in an agency setting.

Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills. Experience with Figma is welcomed. Experience with AI assisted workflows is required.

A portfolio showcasing creativity, visual taste, and conceptual thinking across multiple

platforms.

Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and typography.

Interest in motion, photography and video content.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Communication Design.

Confident communication and teamwork skills in English.
