We are seeking a Senior Desktop Publisher with advanced expertise in print production and prepress to lead complex projects and mentor the team.

Responsibilities:

Lead the production of print materials from layout to final delivery.

Oversee and review files prepared by junior and mid-level team members.

Ensure flawless prepress setup and resolve technical challenges.

Collaborate with creative directors and account managers on large-scale productions.

Liaise with print vendors to manage quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

Stay updated on print technologies, materials, and production techniques.

Requirements:

years of professional experience in desktop publishing or print production.

Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.

Deep expertise in prepress workflows and color management.

Strong organizational and mentoring skills.

Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication in English.
