A. Our Company

Entricity is currently looking for well-qualified Legal Counsels, to strengthen our legal department. They will be part of a high performing team coping with challenging targets and harvesting well matched opportunities as well as dealing with an
extensive existing portfolio of more than 3GW of Solar and more than 2GW of Battery Storage Assets under development
.

You will support our Legal Team, together with our external network of law firms and legal partners. The successful candidates will be instrumental in the formulation and execution of the team's strategy in Greece or in any other country that Entricity decides to expand to. Your role will have broader responsibilities and you will be requested to work together with the following Business Units: Business Development, Commercial & Projects, Finance & Accounting and Procurement & Logistics. You will be referring to the Head of Legal department. Position requires the candidate to be located in our offices in Kifisia.

B. The Candidate

Role and Responsibilities

- Undertake the Corporate Legal handling of all the companies within our group and ensure an up to date legal standing maintaining all corporate documents in good order

- Handling of contracts and relationship with corporate customers and being able to communicate relevant matters internally and with customer's legal advisors

- Provide professional support, assistance and advice to the Head of Legal Affairs, as required

- Provide administrative assistance and organizational assistance on legal matters

- Conduct research and analyze legislative and contract provisions and regulatory matters

- Compile reports and draft legal documents

- Assist with corporate governance and company secretarial matters

- Review of legal documents and conduct due diligence in negotiations of land agreements

• Handling land agreements (lease, purchase, etc update relevant databases, proofread and make corrections, be the liaison between landlords and the investors' legal advisors

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment or/and Legal 500 law firm

- Bachelor's degree in law

- LLM (preferably in Civil or Energy Law) or Msc in a relevant discipline will be considered a plus

- Experience in Land matters (prior experience in land issues concerning energy projects is desirable)

- Strong experience and knowledge in drafting and handling land related contracts

- Advanced computer skills in MS Office

- Fluency in both Greek and English in written and spoken terms

- Knowledge of any other language will be considered positively

- Excellent organizational skills

- Team spirit and knowledge sharing attitude

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload

- Communication and cooperation skills

- Good business acumen

- Military Service fulfilled (if applicable)

- Possibility to travel in Greece for collaboration with our external partners (if so required)
