1.Sales & Operations Representative

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Representative with strong communication skills and a proactive sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities


• Daily outreach calls to existing and potential clients (owners, charterers, managers, agencies).


• Monitoring vessel movements, port calls, and operational requirements.


• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with global partners, including coordination with overseas agents for operational updates.


• Reviewing and validating partner quotations before sharing with clients.


• Preparation of corporate emails, follow-ups, and status reports.


• Basic back-office support (documentation, internal notes).


• Confident use of office software and digital tools, including professional use of social platforms (LinkedIn etc.).


• Ability to monitor business emails and calls outside regular hours when required for urgent operations.


• CRM familiarity is an advantage (system coming soon).

Requirements


• Minimum 3 years experience in maritime sales, operations, agency or chartering.


• Strong sales mindset and confidence in outbound calling.


• Excellent command of English.


• Tech-savvy in office tools and comfortable with professional use of social platforms.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


• Professional communication skills and positive attitude.


• Flexibility and readiness for 24/7 availability when operational needs arise.


• CRM familiarity is an advantage (system coming soon).

2.Administrative Assistant (Maritime Back Office)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our back office and management team in a maritime-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Back-office coordination and everyday administrative support.


• Filing and management of quotations, partner files, and operational documents.


• Drafting and proofreading corporate emails in English.


• Communication with international partners, clients, and agents.


• Assisting the Director and CEO with tasks, follow-ups, and scheduling.


• Preparing reports, summaries, and internal documents.


• Maintaining digital and physical archives.


• Confident use of office software and professional use of social platforms.


• Ability to monitor company emails and support urgent operational matters beyond regular hours when needed.


• CRM familiarity is an advantage (system coming soon).

Requirements


• Minimum 3 years administrative experience, ideally in maritime or international business.


• Excellent command of English.


• Strong organization and attention to detail.


• Tech-savvy with comfort in office tools and online communication platforms.


• Professional communication skills and solution-oriented mindset.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


• Flexibility and 24/7 availability for urgent communication or operational support when required.
