, with over 20 years of experience in developing innovative software solutions and IT services, is looking for a new team member for the role of
Backoffice & Sales Administrator
.

The successful candidate will play a key role in daily administrative support, ensuring smooth sales operations, and managing customer and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the call center and communicate with clients
  • Monitor customer balances and accounts
  • Handle leads from manufacturers and support the sales department
  • Renew annual customer support contracts
  • Create and manage offers and monthly software renewals
  • Enter and track orders
  • Manage supplier invoices and customer billing through ERP (Softone)
  • Maintain and update internal manuals (ERP Guide, Sugar Guide, Backoffice Guide)
  • Record MoM's from monthly meetings
  • Archive invoices and documents
  • Reconcile ERP–SUGAR data (Sales Analysis & Vendor Analysis, Products Plan)
  • Prepare sales reports and statistics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Office, and preferably ERP systems (Softone)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Good command of English
