Car imports, sales & after-sales
We are the exclusive importer and distributor of leading automotive brands in Greece, including HYUNDAI, KIA, SEAT, CUPRA, FIAT, JEEP, ALFA ROMEO and more. Through our Velmar brand, we provide authorized sales and after-sales services for a wide portfolio, while also expanding into the electric mobility space as importers of innovative brands like XPENG, Leapmotor, and Changan.

We are looking for an Front desk Administrator to join our dynamic Team
Responsibilities
- Welcoming, hosting, and managing visitors
- Handling and servicing the telephone center and correspondence
- Organizing and supporting meetings at the company's offices
- Filing and general secretarial support duties
- Responsible for regular maintenance of office equipment and ordering consumables and stationery
- Typing and filing emails, reports, and other corporate documents
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a similar position
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
