We are seeking a
warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Secretary
to join our team. This is a maternity leave cover for a valued member of our staff,
with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for all visitors.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and directing them as needed.
  • Sorting and distributing mail and deliveries.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Performing general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assisting staff with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operatio
    ns.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years proven experience as a front desk secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a Ship-Management company
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high degree of professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A reliable and responsible work ethic.
