Sales Consultant

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a Greek company authorized as an official dealer in the automotive industry, is seeking a Sales Consultant.

Location: Kifisia, Greece
Working Model: On-Site
You will be reporting to: Supervisor

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by understanding client's needs, guiding customers through the entire sales process while maintaining the high standards and core values of the brand.

More Specifically:

• Welcome and engage customers in the showroom.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to highlight key features and technologies.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the full vehicle range, specifications, pricing and current promotions.
• Guide customers through the full sales process.
• Prepare and process sales documents in accordance with company's and legal requirements.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Work closely with internal teams (service, finance) in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with potential clients in order to build lasting relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales roles, ideally in automotive industry
• Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented approach.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
